Last week I had allergy and sneezing for one afternoon. Only then I realized how often I used to have allergic sneezing till 2010. I look back and its now about 2 and half years, I am free of this irritations.
Back then I had at least three occurrences in a week. I had to carry my own tissue paper everywhere I went. I had to be careful not to go around dusty places. I had to ensure I don't bath in cold water. Optimum temperature was also the key.
How relieved I am now...
